Campus Discipline Management Plan
Student Behavior Management Plan
Students in each grade level will have the opportunity to work with each other to develop a set of rules and procedures that will help all learners succeed in the classroom. All students are expected to follow directions, complete assignments, actively participate in their learning, complete assignments/projects that do not interfere with another student’s ability to learn and be respectful when interacting with each other and staff.
School-wide Consequences
- Parent conference with the student, teacher and administrator
- Referral to the student support team
- Behavior support plan
- Withdrawal of privileges
Levels of Misbehavior
Level 1-Violations of Classroom Rules
Offenses that generally occur in the classroom and can be corrected by the teacher or administrator.
Level II- Discretionary Offenses
Offenses that seriously disrupt the educational process in the school, classroom, on school property, and/or at school related activities.
Level III-Mandatory
Offenses defined as Level III in the DISD Student Code of Conduct.
